Business coach, author of Making Elephants Fly, and idea strategist for leaders who are ready to scale what’s working.
My job is simple: help remarkable leaders discover what they really want—and then map the path to get there faster, with clarity and community.
Yes, I’ll even ask you the age-old Spice Girls question:
“Tell me what you want, what you really, really want.”
Because the truth is—most leaders have momentum, but they’ve lost sight of the vision that actually excites them.
I didn’t start in boardrooms. As a high school freshman, I was on stages speaking to students. That led me into the music industry, helping artists take their dreams from garages to sold-out arenas and chart-topping records. It was in one of those packed arenas that things shifted for me: I realized that my passion wasn’t just helping people dream bigger—it was helping them build platforms that actually last.
Now, through strategy, coaching, and catalytic experiences like The Thing, I help high-capacity leaders stop trudging and start soaring—turning ideas into movements, businesses into brands, and vision into impact.
I realized what I really really wanted was to help entrepreneurs and out of the box thinkers just like you, get onto the stage of their own life and belt out whatever message they knew was their calling.
Now I focus on just that by speaking and training for big organizations for the Toy Box Project to appearing on podcasts that cater to entrepreneurs and creators. I grew tired of all of the brilliant people I know being unheard and unseen.
In my spare time as a creative, I also co-host the WDW Today Podcast the longest running Disney Podcast with Logan and travels to a Disney park as much as possible to take in the magic and learn lessons from one of my heroes, Walt Disney.
The best way to be sure you don’t miss anything from me is to join my email community and Subscribe to my podcast Making Elephants Fly where I speak to world class leaders like Jon Gordan, Seth Godin, Cathy Heller, Jon Acuff, and Mike Michalowicz, Rachel Pedersen, and Larry Winget to name a few. Be sure and get my latest book over at The Store.
These days I spend most of my time leading group coaching programs, a membership community, and coaching high-performing leaders one of one. In 2017 I founded the Thing the premier event for creative leaders who are looking to make an impact with the work that they do.
