The end of the year is a great time to stop and reflect on what you accomplished. Pause and reflect on the big and little things you did during the year. What memories do you have you want to take with that sum up the year? Maybe it’s a trip, experience, a new addition to the family, to name a few. What memories did you make with friends and loved ones? What goals you did you accomplished or make progress on this year? Take time to reflect.
Make a list of those memories and accomplishments. From that list make an accomplishment board. I took the idea from my vision board and turned it into an accomplishment board. A show case of words and images to sum up my year in review. Something to help you remember the year as it comes to an end. It also helps you look ahead and evaluate what you want in 2023. Do you want to continue to pursue and grow those same goals? Do you want to celebrate those wins and move onto something new?
