Stop Outsourcing Your Happiness

Stop outsourcing your happiness to anyone else.

We keep passing the ball of our life expecting that someone else is going to catch it. We settle for the supporting role and expect someone else to come along and be the star.

You are the star, now you may choose to reflect the light that shines on you elsewhere, But YOU are the star of your life. That DOES NOT mean that not YOUR life and on YOU to take charge and GO GET IT!

I love coaching and serving leaders to allow them to achieve what seems impossible. I’m only here for the assist though. I can only put the ball in your hands you gotta run with it. The shot is yours to take. Yours is the goal to take. PICK UP THE BALL AND GO FOR IT!

The more you take action the closer you are to Jordan finding Pippen, Brady finding Gronk, and Batman Finding Robin. The person sitting waiting on the bench doesn’t get the ball.

In almost every area of our life we think someone is going to show up and make it better. Someone else actually needs you on the assist, but you can’t help them until you show up for your own life.

No one else is coming. No one is gonna make you happy. You get to decide to be happy. No one can make your goal a reality, but you. You get to decide if you’re going to achieve your dreams.

The only question is what are you going to decide?

Stop Elf-ing Around & Get Crystal Clear About What You Want

Every year thousands of children climb on Santa’s lap and clearly articulate what they want from Santa. Every year at my friend Logan’s Christmas party for last almost 10 years I’ve invited Santa to sit on my lap. Partly as a joke but partly as a reminder that even Santa knows what he wants. Santa really outdid himself this year and pitched a little fit

No One Is A Solo Artist

97. That’s how many people are on the road with Lauren Daigle on the Kaladiascope Tour. My friend Leigh Holt and Lauren’s manager told me this after the show last night as the production was being torn down above our heads in Knoxville, TN, and heading to Greenville, SC. That’s how many people it takes to support a solo artist on tour. That doesn’t include

Audacious Ambition

The more I help leaders, the more I realize that success isn’t just about potential; it’s about the audacious ambition and the willingness to take action. Throughout my journey as an entrepreneur, author, and thought leader, I’ve had the privilege of working with some incredible individuals who have turned their dreams into reality. And the one thing I’ve noticed is that those who succeed possess
